A large share of our work is for Veterans through VA programs, including HISA grants for home modifications. We work alongside VA staff every day, including prosthetics departments, occupational therapists, physical therapists, home health, and case managers across the region.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Eastern and Central Washington and North Idaho. That includes Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cheney, Deer Park, Colville, Wenatchee, Moses Lake, Walla Walla, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Sandpoint, and the towns around them.

Are you licensed?

Yes. We're a licensed General Contractor. Our Washington license is CC BRICKHS744BO, and our Idaho contractor registration is 9281539.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You can call, text, or email anytime, and we'll get back to you during business hours.

Can you come look before I decide?

Yes. Call or text 509-471-1466, and we'll set up a time to see the space, talk through what will help, and give you a written estimate.

How long does an install take?

Most grab bar, handrail, and transfer pole jobs are done in one visit. A tub-to-shower conversion usually takes a few days, and we give you the timeline with your estimate.

Will the VA pay for it?

Often, yes, if you're a Veteran. VA prosthetics departments order grab bars for Veterans, and we install them for the Spokane and Walla Walla VA. For bigger changes like a walk-in shower, the VA HISA grant can help pay. See our HISA page for how it works.

Does Medicare pay for grab bars?

Original Medicare usually doesn't pay for grab bars or other bathroom safety installs. Some Medicare Advantage plans include home safety benefits, so check with your plan. If you live in Washington, WA Cares may help pay for home changes, and we do WA Cares work too.

Can I set this up for a parent or someone I care for?

Yes. Many of our calls come from adult children, caregivers, and case managers arranging work for someone else. We'll coordinate the visit with whoever is at the home.
